Created to be the ideal birth gift, your Nuage mobile suspension can also be used as a night light depending on the options!
This product offers more than 3000 variations: thanks to our color and typography palette, you can be sure that your mobile will be unique. Choose the colors, the suspensions and the text that will dress your product for a magical effect.
The Nuage mobile suspension is available in a hot air balloon version, but you can decorate it with other suspensions available in the shop, or by going to the contact tab to place a custom order.
Shipping and return policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is faulty due to customization.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us via the contact form, or by email, providing us the details of the product and the defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.
If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include any shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original method of payment).
Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
It may take up to 15 business days after you receive our email before you see the refund on your statement.
